The Russian intelligence agency said it reached this conclusion through its sources, believing that Ukrainian officials consider the scenario of the country’s collapse possible and are planning for a potential escape. The report also alleges that Ukrainian diplomats, according to Russian officials, believe there is no solution to the ongoing crisis under the conditions set by Volodymyr Zelensky.
