Indonesian Ambassador Visits Historical Sites in Ghazni to Boost Cultural Ties

The Indonesian ambassador to Afghanistan visited several historical sites and the Ghazni museum exhibition during his trip to Ghazni province. He also met with the head of the Information and Culture Department of the province.

Nanda Ovalist stated that the purpose of his visit was to expand cultural relations between Afghanistan and Indonesia. He emphasized that a close understanding of Ghazni’s historical and cultural heritage can pave the way for further cultural cooperation.

According to him, Indonesia is interested in enhancing its cultural and economic relations with Afghanistan, relations currently managed by the Taliban administration.

Ghazni province, due to its historical background and remaining artifacts from various periods, is considered one of Afghanistan’s important cultural centers and has always attracted the attention of foreign delegations and representatives.
