Israel Shifts Military Strategy in Syria Toward Aerial Assassinations

Israeli-affiliated news sources report that Israel is undergoing a major shift in its military strategy toward Syria, moving away from ground operations and field arrests to focusing more on aerial assassinations.

This strategic adjustment follows extensive Israeli airstrikes yesterday on the Beit Jinn region near Damascus, which, according to reports, resulted in the deaths of 20 Syrian residents, including women and children. Six Israeli soldiers were also reportedly injured in the clashes.

Israel has previously carried out numerous airstrikes against various locations within Syrian territory, resulting in significant civilian casualties and infrastructural damage.

Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed Golan government, which operates in parts of Syrian territory, has not taken any hostile actions against Israel and has even expressed willingness to engage in security and political cooperation with the Israeli regime. Despite this alignment, Israel’s strategic shift has opened new rifts across Syria’s frontlines.
