Taliban Administration and Belarus Discuss Investment and Banking Facilities

Noureddin Azizi, acting minister of industry and commerce in the Taliban administration, met senior agricultural officials in Belarus. According to Eram News, the meeting covered the implementation of previous agreements, joint trade exhibitions, banking facilities, investment and the creation of job opportunities.

At the meeting, Azizi invited Belarusian industrial and manufacturing companies to operate in Afghanistan and take part in the international Imam Abu Hanifa exhibition.

The meeting came as part of the Taliban administration’s ongoing economic consultations in Belarus. Eram News said there was no report of any finalized new agreement or banking facilities following the talks.
