Israel launches fresh attacks on south Lebanon and central Gaza
Israel has carried out fresh attacks on southern Lebanon and the central Gaza Strip, strikes that, according to media reports, came as ceasefire violations continued on both fronts.
According to Al Mayadeen, Israeli warplanes bombed the towns of Al-Mansouri and Wadi al-Hujair in southern Lebanon. The report did not provide further details on casualties or damage from the strikes.
In the Gaza Strip, Al Araby reported that Israel targeted the area near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the centre of the enclave, with a drone. According to the report, a medical supplies warehouse at the hospital was hit.
An Al Jazeera reporter also said several people were wounded after an Israeli drone strike hit a tent inside Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. The hospital is located in the city of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
