Two Traffic Incidents in Samangan Claim Two Lives and Injure Four

The Samangan Police Command has reported that two traffic accidents in the province have resulted in two fatalities and four injuries. According to a statement from the police media office, the first incident occurred in Aybak city, where a Corolla car collided with a cargo truck. The driver of the Corolla car lost his life, and four others were injured in the crash. The second incident took place in the Kholm district, where a Corolla car struck a six-year-old child, resulting in the child’s death. The statement added that preliminary investigations indicate driver negligence as the cause of these accidents. Samangan province is located in northern Afghanistan, and its highways are among the busiest routes connecting northern provinces.
