Two Traffic Incidents in Samangan Province Claim Two Lives

The Samangan Police Command has announced that two traffic incidents in the province have resulted in two fatalities and four injuries.
According to a statement from the media office of the police command, the first incident occurred in Aibak city, where a Corolla car collided with a cargo truck. The driver of the Corolla died, and four others were injured in the collision.
The police command reported that the second incident took place in the Khulm district, where a Corolla car struck a six-year-old child, resulting in the child’s death.
The statement noted that preliminary investigations indicate driver negligence was the cause of these accidents. Samangan province, located in northern Afghanistan, has highways that are among the busy routes connecting northern provinces.
