Iran’s Khatam Headquarters Warns US Against Interference in Strait of Hormuz
The Central Headquarters of Hazrat Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) has stated that any interference by the United States in the Strait of Hormuz will be met with a swift and decisive response from Iran’s armed forces. The organization emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is “not a playground for aggressive America” and that the security of the waterway is under Iran’s supervision.
The released statement highlighted that all oil tankers and commercial vessels must use the routes designated by Iran for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz. According to the headquarters, any deviation from the specified routes or disregard for the navigation protocols of the Islamic Republic of Iran will provoke an immediate response from the armed forces and could jeopardize the safety of the violating vessels.
The headquarters also asserted that any American action concerning the security affairs of the Strait of Hormuz or attempts to disrupt this waterway will be considered a threat to Iran’s national sovereignty and will be met with decisive retaliation.
Furthermore, the message condemned the continued presence of American fighter jets, both manned and unmanned, over the Strait of Hormuz as a destabilizing factor, emphasizing that such presence could affect regional security.
