The Ministry of Justice under Taliban administration announced that during the month of Jawza, monitoring was conducted over 63 transaction guidance offices in Kabul city, resulting in the closure of 19 offices due to violations and illegal activities.

According to the ministry’s statement, the supervisory delegation from the General Directorate of Transaction Guidance Affairs and the Directorate of Petition Writers’ Affairs reviewed the documents and operational procedures of these offices. Several officials were warned to address their deficiencies and refrain from any actions contrary to the established principles and regulations.

Based on the released information, during the same period, 137 new activity permits were issued to transaction guidance applicants, and 71 permits were renewed. These statistics show that the process of issuing and renewing licenses continued alongside the monitoring of office performance.

Additionally, the Ministry of Justice stated that in the past month, training programs were held for 208 transaction guidance office officials. Participants in these programs were familiarized with the principles of transaction mediation, standardized methods of conducting trade, and their legal obligations.
