Thirteen Killed in Renewed Israeli Attacks on Southern Lebanon

At least 13 people, including women and children, have been killed and more than 20 injured following intensified Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon since early morning. These assaults targeted several towns and residential areas in the provinces of Tyre, Sidon, and Nabatieh.

According to reports, an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle in the Al-Masaken area near Tyre, killing two people. Additionally, an attack on a vehicle on the road near the town of Adloun resulted in the deaths of six members of a family, including women and children.

Local sources have also reported other airstrikes on the villages of Qaqaiya Al-Sanawbar in Sidon’s jurisdiction, Harouf in Nabatieh, and Bazourieh. Precise details on casualties from these attacks have not yet been released.

In the village of Maarakeh within Tyre’s domain, two people were killed in an airstrike. A residential unit in the Al-Qaa area of Sidon was also targeted, leaving three dead.

The continuation of attacks on residential areas and civilian vehicles in southern Lebanon has heightened concerns over rising civilian casualties. International organizations have yet to issue any new responses regarding these developments.
