Pakistan Confirms Continuation of Efforts to Bridge Iran-US Divide

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister announced that indirect talks between Iranian and United States delegations in Islamabad have concluded, and the country will continue its efforts to reconcile the viewpoints of the two sides.
Referring to several rounds of dialogue between representatives from Tehran and Washington, he said that the negotiations ended this morning. According to him, Pakistan hopes that the Iranian and American parties will adhere to a ceasefire agreement.
The Pakistani Foreign Minister emphasized that Islamabad has played the role of facilitator and will continue striving to reduce the difference in perspectives between the two countries. He did not provide further details on the discussion topics.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that the American delegation left Islamabad this morning. So far, neither side has released an official statement regarding the achievement or failure to reach a final agreement.
