According to international media reports, Mao Ning, responding to the continued Israeli attacks on Lebanon despite a ceasefire agreement between Iran and the United States, stated that ceasefire arrangements must create conditions for de-escalation and the return of peace and stability.
He added that Beijing calls on all parties to exercise restraint and use political solutions to manage disagreements. According to him, diplomatic efforts can play a key role in preventing the crisis from spreading in the region.
