Uninterrupted Trade Operations Continue at Herat Ports Amid Regional Changes

The Herat Chamber of Commerce and Investment has stated that despite recent developments in the region, the flow of exports and imports through the province’s ports continues in an orderly manner, with no interruptions in trade activities.
Officials from the institution emphasized that the movement of commercial goods via Herat’s ports is proceeding as usual, and traders can conduct their business without concern. According to them, necessary coordination to facilitate trade operations remains in place.
Herat, as one of the most important trade gateways in western Afghanistan, plays a crucial role in the transit of export and import goods. Stability in the operations of its ports is especially significant for the country’s economy and merchants.
