New Imam Hussein School to Be Built in Minab under Ayatollah Sistani’s Orders

A delegation from the office of Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has been dispatched to Minab to offer consolation to the families of the student martyrs of the “Shajareh Taybah” school and to assist those affected by a tragic event in the city. Plans have been announced to establish a new school named “Imam Hussein (peace be upon him)” in Minab.

Seyyed Mohammad Javad Al Ahmad, a member of the delegation, stated that this initiative follows Ayatollah Sistani’s fatwa supporting the people of Iran, fighters, and war victims. The delegation was sent to Minab under the guidance of Ayatollah Seyyed Javad Shushtari, Ayatollah Sistani’s representative in Iran, and led by Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Faqih Imani.

According to Al Ahmad, the construction of the school is being carried out by the sacred shrine of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) under Ayatollah Sistani’s orders, with the entire process supervised by Ayatollah Seyyed Javad Shushtari. The school is planned to be designed and built as a fully equipped, smart educational institution.

Moreover, reports indicate that following the signing of a memorandum of understanding between local officials in Hormozgan province and representatives of the Imam Hussein Shrine authorities, a foundation-laying ceremony for the school will be held with the attendance of several scholars, local officials, and Minab residents. Minab is a city in Hormozgan province in southern Iran.
