Millions Protest ‘No to the King’ Campaign Across 3,100 US Cities Against Trump Policies

Millions of US citizens took to the streets on Saturday as part of the nationwide “No to the King” campaign, staging protests in more than 3,100 cities across the country. Organizers announced that these demonstrations took place in all 50 states, focusing on opposition to the domestic and foreign policies of US President Donald Trump, including rising living costs and the issue of war with Iran.
According to American media reports, gatherings began early in major cities such as Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis, and San Diego. Released images show many protesters holding placards and banners, demanding changes in the government’s economic and foreign policy approaches.
In Iowa, American journalist Morgan J. Freeman shared images of the protests on the social media platform X. Some of these images showed protesters chanting slogans critical of the US Customs and Border Protection police force.
Reports from Atlanta and Philadelphia indicate that tens of thousands gathered in these cities. US media described these protests as one of the largest simultaneous demonstrations in recent years.
Alongside the US protests, several citizens gathered in European countries including Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands, as well as in Australia. Participants in these gatherings expressed concerns about some of the policies announced by the US president.
