Pashtun Tahafuz Movement Protests Recent Bombings in Kabul

The Pashtun Tahafuz Movement has announced that it will hold a protest in Geneva in response to recent bombings in Kabul and other areas of Afghanistan. The movement stated that the purpose of the gathering is to condemn what it called the “actions of the Pakistani military regime.”
Zakim Khan, a prominent member of the movement, wrote on his X page that targeting civilians constitutes a “war crime.” He emphasized that in the current difficult circumstances, every Afghan has a responsibility to stand with their people and bring the voices of the victims to the international community.
The Pashtun Tahafuz Movement, which has previously taken a stand against Pakistan’s security policies, is once again calling on international organizations to pay attention to the situation of civilians in Afghanistan. The organizers have not released further details regarding the number of participants or their future plans.
