Erdogan Rules Out Turkey’s Involvement in Iran-Israel-US Conflict

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that Turkey will not become involved in the ongoing conflict between Iran, Israel, and the United States, emphasizing that Ankara’s primary priority is to keep the country away from these tensions. At the same time, he stressed that Turkey is fully prepared to counter any potential threats.

According to regional media, these remarks came after Turkish officials reported the interception of a third ballistic missile, which they said was fired toward Turkish airspace. Erdogan stated that all preventive measures to avert threats to Turkey’s airspace, similar to what occurred last night, have been taken.

The Turkish president made these comments during an Iftar banquet, adding that the country’s security and defense agencies are closely monitoring regional developments.

Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have denied any missile launches toward Turkey and declared that Tehran has not conducted any attacks against its neighboring country. Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had said that some actions might be designed to create tensions and damage Iran’s relations with its neighbors.
