Taliban Deputy Interior Minister Claims Pakistan Organized Kabul Addiction Treatment Hospital Attack

The Taliban’s Deputy Interior Minister has claimed that Pakistan played a role in the deadly attack on a specialized addiction treatment hospital in Kabul, which left hundreds dead and injured, with the death toll expected to rise.
Mohammad Nabi Omari, who visited the hospital, told media that the Pakistani military regime has received directives from its superiors to carry out a campaign of killing Afghans. He added that rescue operations are ongoing at the site and the number of casualties may increase.
According to initial figures provided by the Taliban official, approximately 400 people were killed and another 250 injured in the incident. Independent sources have yet to verify these numbers.
This attack raises renewed questions about the security of medical centers and the protection of vulnerable individuals, especially following similar security incidents. Given the scale of this assault, the Taliban administration is expected to provide more detailed explanations regarding security measures and the outcomes of their investigations.
