Over 3,500 Injured in Israel Since Start of War with Iran Amid Heavy Censorship

The Israeli Ministry of Health has announced that since the start of the war with Iran, at least 3,530 people have been injured in the country. According to the statement, 70 injured individuals were transferred to hospitals within the past 24 hours alone.
This figure is being released amid reports of severe censorship of information related to the war and casualties in Israel. Regional media have indicated that access to details about attacks and damages is heavily restricted.
Israel’s Channel 13 news network reported yesterday on widespread censorship of attacks by Lebanon’s Hezbollah. According to the report, the Israeli military’s censorship authority has prohibited media outlets from publishing news regarding cities targeted by Hezbollah’s missiles and has warned that violations will be met with consequences.
It has also been reported that any news about missile strikes hitting Israeli military bases or strategic centers is never allowed to be published. These restrictions are being enforced while clashes continue on multiple fronts.
