Residents of Badakhshan Condemn Recent Pakistani Attacks on Afghan Territory

Hundreds of residents from the border districts of Badakhshan province held a gathering to condemn recent attacks by the Pakistani military regime on parts of Afghanistan and expressed their support for the country’s security forces.

Participants in the gathering emphasized that these attacks violate Afghanistan’s national sovereignty and must be stopped. They stated that the people of Badakhshan have always stood alongside the security forces and defend the country’s territorial integrity.

According to the organizers, residents of these border areas are prepared to make any sacrifices necessary to protect the country’s land. They urged relevant authorities to take more serious measures to ensure lasting security in the border regions.

Badakhshan province is located in northeastern Afghanistan, and some of its districts border neighboring regions; these areas have witnessed sporadic tensions in previous years as well.
