Iran’s ‘True Promise 4’ Missile Attacks Leave 1,681 Injured in Israel

The Israeli Ministry of Health has announced that since the start of Iran’s missile operation named “True Promise 4,” at least 1,681 people have been injured in Israel. According to the ministry, these figures relate to attacks that began after the formal declaration of war by the United States and Israel against Iran.

According to Al Jazeera’s report, the “True Promise 4” operation commenced on 28 February with the launch of hundreds of missiles targeting locations in Israel and reached its peak on the morning of 29 February. Official sources state that the attacks are still ongoing.

In the latest development, it has been reported that the twenty-fourth wave of this operation has also begun against Israeli positions. So far, no further details about the extent of the damage or the health status of the injured have been released.

Military tensions between Iran and Israel have notably escalated in recent days, raising concerns about the potential expansion of the conflict across the region.
