Erdogan Claims Iran Under Israeli-Instigated Attacks, Pledges Turkey’s Efforts to Prevent Regional Escalation

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of Turkey, stated that Iran has been targeted by attacks, which he attributes to provocations instigated by Israel, and that these attacks are ongoing. He emphasized that Turkey has mobilized all its resources to prevent the escalation of conflicts in the region.

Erdogan made these remarks on Tuesday during a ceremony at the Presidential Complex in Ankara. According to him, Ankara is firmly pursuing efforts to ensure peace and stability amid the rapid and complex developments unfolding in the region.

The Turkish president added that his country is intensively working through diplomacy based on peace, dialogue, and negotiation to achieve fair and equitable solutions. He said the goal of this approach is to prevent further bloodshed and to avoid the emergence of new hostilities among the peoples of the region.

These comments come at a time of rising tensions in parts of the Middle East, as regional countries strive to prevent the expansion of conflicts.
