Four Top Iranian Military Officials Killed in US-Israel Attack
The Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Values has announced that the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, the Minister of Defense, the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and the Secretary of Iran’s Defense Council have been killed following a military aggression by the United States and Israel. According to the statement, the incident occurred yesterday during a meeting of the Defense Council.
The list released by this organization includes Major General Seyyed Abdul Rahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces; Major General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps; Admiral Ali Shamkhani, Advisor to the Commander-in-Chief and Secretary of the Defense Council; and Major General Aziz Nasirzadeh, Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics.
The statement held the United States and Israel responsible for the attack and added that the names of other possible martyrs would be announced subsequently.
