Death Toll from Israeli Attacks on Gaza Reaches 72,070

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has reported that, with the ongoing Israeli military attacks, the total number of casualties since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,070 dead and 171,738 injured.
In a statement, the ministry said that in just the past few hours, the body of one deceased was transferred to the hospital, and ten others were injured in recent attacks. According to the report, thousands of people remain missing across various areas of Gaza, with some trapped under rubble.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health added that since the ceasefire was established on October 11, 2025, until now, 612 people have died and 1,640 others have been injured. During this period, the bodies of 726 victims were recovered from under the debris.
The Gaza Strip, one of the most densely populated areas in the world, has experienced intense conflicts for over a year, resulting in extensive damage to its health and service infrastructures.
