Prince Andrew Detained Amid New Allegations Tied to Jeffrey Epstein

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the brother of the British king, was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of misconduct during his tenure in public office. Reports indicate that this action follows an investigation into his activities while serving as the UK’s trade envoy. According to British media, the case is linked to allegations that Windsor, during his role as Britain’s special representative for trade and investment, provided documents believed to be confidential to Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein had previously been convicted of sexual offenses. Andrew Windsor served as the UK government’s special trade and investment envoy from 2001 to 2011. His mission was described as expanding economic relations and attracting investment for Britain. British officials have not yet released further details regarding the investigation process or the charges filed.
