25 Development Projects Implemented in Daikundi with Over 141 Million Afghanis in Funding

Officials from the Daikundi Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department have announced that since the beginning of this year, they have implemented 25 development projects across various areas of the province. According to the department, the total cost of these projects amounts to 141.8 million Afghanis.

Rahmatullah Wafa, the department’s Public Relations Officer, stated that these programs include the creation of water supply networks, agricultural projects, and transport-related plans. He explained that these projects have been implemented with the aim of improving the living conditions of local residents throughout Daikundi province.

According to the information provided, ensuring access to safe drinking water, combating drought, and facilitating easier transportation for citizens are the main objectives of these public benefit projects. Daikundi province, located in the country’s central mountainous region, has faced infrastructural challenges and water shortages in recent years.
