Domestic Products Exhibition Opens in Kunduz to Support Local Industry

A domestic products exhibition featuring nearly 40 booths has opened in Kunduz province. The event aims to support local production, boost economic growth, attract investment, and promote exhibition culture.
According to a statement from the Taliban’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, manufacturers from various sectors showcased diverse, high-quality domestically made products. Officials noted that providing a platform to introduce local products can aid better marketing and create job opportunities.
The exhibition will be open to visitors for three days, allowing residents of Kunduz and neighboring provinces to visit the booths. Amid ongoing economic challenges and extensive restrictions faced by the private sector, it is hoped that the Taliban administration will implement practical and sustainable programs beyond exhibitions to genuinely support local manufacturers.
