5,650 US Dollars Seized at Hairatan Border; One Suspect Arrested

The Taliban’s Border Department in northern Afghanistan announced that an attempt to smuggle 5,650 US dollars through the Hairatan land border was thwarted, leading to the arrest of one individual linked to the case.
According to a statement released by the department, this amount of money was discovered and confiscated during a search at the border. Officials noted the money was being transferred illegally.
