Zabul Police Chief Meets Taliban Interior Minister to Discuss Local Issues

The police chief of Zabul province has announced that during a meeting with Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Taliban’s Interior Minister, the problems and challenges faced by the residents of the province were directly shared.
Abdul Halim Halimi told Tolo News that the meeting took place after reviewing the general situation in Zabul. The discussions focused on the difficulties the people of the province face in various areas.
According to him, the Taliban Interior Minister assured that the issues raised will be examined and necessary steps will be taken to address them.
Residents of Zabul have repeatedly complained over the past years about a lack of services, security conditions, and weak responsiveness of responsible institutions—issues that still require accountability and practical action from the Taliban administration.
