Eight Schools Reconstructed in Paktia Province with Ministry of Education Funding

The Department of Education in Paktia province has announced the reconstruction and renovation of the buildings of one religious school and seven public schools in the province. These projects have been implemented with a total budget of 5.4 million Afghanis.
According to the department, the funding for these projects has been provided by the Taliban’s Ministry of Education, and the construction work was carried out in the provincial center of Paktia as well as in the districts of Zarmat, Shwak, Ahmadabad, and Jani Khel.
Education officials in Paktia stated that the aim of these projects is to improve the physical condition of educational centers and to provide a better environment for students’ education.
Paktia, located in southeastern Afghanistan, has faced educational challenges in recent years due to the dilapidated condition of several school buildings.
