Taliban Forces Shoot Two Residents in Kabul’s District 15, Victims Hospitalized

Two residents of Kabul report that Taliban forces opened fire on them last night in District 15, resulting in injuries to both. According to the citizens, the shooting occurred near their place of residence without any clear reason. They emphasize that no explanation was given by the attacking forces. The two victims, who identified themselves as Mansour Hajatmand and Javid Osmani, say that mansour was hit by two bullets in his back and leg, while javid was struck by two bullets in his legs. Both are currently receiving treatment in a hospital. They have called for the identification and punishment of those responsible for the shooting, stating that the continuation of such incidents seriously threatens the physical and psychological security of citizens. This incident comes amid multiple prior reports of Taliban forces shooting at civilians across different parts of Kabul, raising serious concerns about accountability and respect for the basic rights of the people.
