Saudi Crown Prince Rejects Military Use of Kingdom’s Territory in Call with Iran’s President

Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, has stated that Riyadh will not allow any party to use the country’s land or airspace for military operations. This stance was conveyed during his phone call with Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to reports from Saudi media, the Crown Prince emphasized Saudi Arabia’s respect for Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, stating that Riyadh seeks to prevent the escalation of military tensions in the region.

Mohammed bin Salman added that Saudi Arabia does not support any actions that would intensify insecurity and instability in the region and prefers that disputes be resolved through political and diplomatic means.

He also highlighted that strengthening regional security and stability is a key priority in Saudi foreign policy and stressed that dialogue and negotiations are the best options for managing disagreements between countries.
