UNDP Supports Mobile Repair Training for Youth in Nangarhar

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has announced that, as part of a joint project among several organizations, it is supporting vocational training for 20 young people in the Sarkh Rod district of Nangarhar province.
This four-month training program focuses on mobile phone repair, aiming to enhance technical skills and create job opportunities for youth at the local level.
According to information released, participants will receive a monthly stipend during the course and will be provided with the necessary work tools at the end of the training to start their own independent economic activities.
This project is funded by the United Nations Trust Fund and forms part of efforts to strengthen youth livelihoods and reduce unemployment in Afghanistan, especially amid the current widespread economic constraints.
