Residents of Balkh District Demand Implementation of Development Projects

Residents of Balkh district in Balkh province say the absence of development projects in various sectors has made their daily lives difficult and call for greater attention from authorities to these needs.

According to these residents, implementing infrastructure projects can play a significant role in improving public services, providing more conveniences, and strengthening the local economy.

Meanwhile, local Taliban officials in Balkh say that last year they implemented five development projects worth 40 million Afghanis in the district.

They added that efforts are ongoing to launch more projects in Balkh district in the future to meet the developmental needs of the residents.
