Pakistan Militant Group Claims to Seize and Burn Military Supply Truck in North Waziristan

The group known as the Pakistan Mujahedeen Unity (I.M.P) has claimed to have stopped a supply truck carrying special food materials for the Pakistani army in the Mirali area of North Waziristan and seized its cargo.

According to the group’s claim, the truck was set on fire after being seized. So far, independent sources or official Pakistani authorities have neither confirmed nor denied this claim.

The Pakistan Mujahedeen Unity also warned that transporting any supplies to Pakistani military forces in this region would be at risk and that such activities would be targeted.

North Waziristan is considered an insecure region in northwest Pakistan, which has witnessed armed conflicts and the activity of various groups in recent years.
