Snow, Rain, and Strong Winds Forecasted in 26 Afghan Provinces

The Meteorological Department of the Ministry of Transport and Aviation announced today that 26 provinces in Afghanistan are expected to experience snowfall and rainfall accompanied by relatively strong winds.
According to this forecast, the provinces of Herat, Farah, Helmand, Kandahar, Zabul, Ghor, Badghis, Bamyan, Ghazni, Paktika, Paktia, Maidan Wardak, and Logar are included in this weather condition.
Additionally, Badakhshan, Takhar, Samangan, Balkh, Nangarhar, Laghman, Kunar, Kabul, Parwan, Baghlan, Panjshir, Kapisa, and Nuristan are also on the list of provinces where rainfall and wind are anticipated.
The Meteorological Department further added that the Salang Pass will also be affected by these weather changes and urged residents and travelers to exercise necessary caution while traveling in these areas.
