Fire in Parwan’s Siyah Gard Destroys 27 Head of Livestock Amid Ethnic Tensions

A fire in Siyah Gard district of Parwan province has resulted in the loss of 27 head of livestock. The incident occurred this morning in the Dar-e-Tang area and caused significant damage to local residents.

According to local officials, the fire started from a stack of hay located near the livestock barn, and due to the proximity of the stored fodder, the fire quickly spread into the barn.

Fazl-ur-Rahim Maskin Yar, spokesperson for the Parwan Police Command operating under the Taliban administration, stated that preliminary investigations indicate the incident is linked to ethnic disputes. He added that three individuals have been detained as suspects and are currently under supervision.

This incident highlights ongoing concerns about local insecurity and the lack of effective measures to prevent social conflicts. It is expected that the Taliban administration will address the matter transparently and ensure justice is served to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
