50 Afghan Migrants Return Home After Release from Pakistani Prisons

The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation under the Taliban administration has announced that during the current week, 50 Afghan migrants have returned to Afghanistan after being released from Pakistani prisons. According to the ministry’s information, these individuals were detained in various parts of Pakistan, with imprisonment periods ranging from one day up to two months. After completing the release procedures, these migrants entered Afghanistan through the Spin Boldak border crossing. This return comes amid numerous recent reports of the detention and deportation of Afghan migrants in Pakistan, a trend that has raised serious concerns about the legal and humanitarian situation of migrants.
