According to information from the Afghan Embassy in Muscat, the discussions mainly focused on developing political, economic, and trade relations between Afghanistan and Oman. Both sides also exchanged views on further areas of cooperation and the continuation of diplomatic contacts.
In another part of the talks, the chargé d’affaires requested improvements in consular services and related facilities for Afghans residing in Oman. The Omani Foreign Ministry official responded by assuring readiness to cooperate in addressing these matters.
