Armed Clashes Erupt Between SDF and Jolani-affiliated Forces in Eastern Aleppo

Local sources in Aleppo province report armed clashes between forces affiliated with the Jolani regime, including those linked to its Ministry of Defense, and US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) around the Dair Hafir area in eastern Aleppo city.
According to reports, the clashes took place in militarily sensitive zones that have previously witnessed tensions. No further details about casualties or damage have been released so far.
Syrian media had earlier reported that SDF forces moved their military equipment from the Tabqa area towards Dair Hafir, near army checkpoints—a move observers viewed as a potential trigger for escalating tensions.
Northern and eastern Syria have repeatedly witnessed continuous clashes over recent months between Jolani-affiliated forces and the SDF. Efforts to establish a ceasefire between the two sides, according to local sources, have failed to prevent the ongoing violence.
