Ghazni Drivers Voice Frustration Over Chaotic Roads and Persistent Traffic Jams

Drivers in Ghazni province have voiced growing frustration over the poor condition of local roads, citing disorder and incomplete construction on several key routes—particularly in the city center—as the primary causes of heavy traffic and prolonged congestion.

They stress that the current state of the roads results in wasted time and poses serious risks to the lives of patients in transit, disrupting the daily lives of residents.

One driver, Sayed Gul, suggests that the government should construct larger bridges and more adequate roadways to address these traffic challenges. He added that the area frequently experiences severe traffic, especially when drivers are transporting passengers or patients, increasing the likelihood of delays.

Other drivers echoed these concerns, emphasizing that long-lasting traffic jams often leave them stranded on the road for hours.
