According to the sources, these drones were observed multiple times in various areas, causing fear and concern among local residents. Some civilians shared videos of the drone activity with media outlets, saying the persistent presence of these aircraft has disturbed their peace of mind.

The sources added that similar drone flights had previously been spotted over Waghaz district, but in recent days, the scope of these patrols has expanded to include Ghazni city and its surroundings.

It remains unclear which country operates these drones. In recent weeks, similar drone activity was also reported in the provinces of Panjshir and Kapisa.

Some analysts suggest the drone patrols may be aimed at monitoring the activities of extremist groups such as Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and al-Qaeda. Their silence over the unidentified flights has raised questions about their control over the country’s airspace.
