Gaza Health Ministry: Israeli Attacks Have Killed Over 69,000 Since October 2023

The Gaza Ministry of Health has released its latest report, stating that 69,756 people have been killed since Israeli forces began their offensive on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023. According to the ministry, the number of injured has also risen to 170,946.
The report further details that in the past 24 hours, 23 bodies have been brought to medical centers, with 21 people killed in the most recent attacks. Additionally, 83 others have been wounded during the same period.
The ministry noted that many residents remain trapped under the rubble and are still unaccounted for. Rescue operations are progressing slowly, and it is feared that dozens more may have perished.
Although hopes for de-escalation had surfaced following the declaration of a partial ceasefire on October 11, 2025, at least 339 people have been killed and 871 wounded since then. Moreover, 574 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble during this period.
Ongoing bombings, deteriorating health conditions, and a severe shortage of humanitarian supplies have pushed Gaza’s humanitarian situation into a critical phase. Human rights organizations have repeatedly urged the international community to take immediate action against what they have described as a brutal massacre.
