Taliban Statistics Chief Wounded in Armed Attack in Farah

The head of the Taliban’s Statistics Department in Farah province was wounded in an armed attack on Wednesday, November 18.

According to local sources, the incident occurred around noon in the center of Farah city when Masna Baloch, the department head, was shot at by unidentified gunmen while leaving his office.

Sources confirmed that Baloch was transferred to the provincial hospital following the attack and is currently receiving medical treatment. No further details have been released regarding his condition.
