Futile Moscow Format Meetings Hampered by Lack of Will and Investment

The ‘Moscow Format’ meetings are fruitless and sterile, yielding no tangible outcomes.

The framework of these meetings rests on three pillars: recommendations, expressions of concern, and baseless warnings. It is clear that nothing substantial can arise from these elements.

In any scenario considered, the current state of Afghanistan is shaped by money and the will to spend it.

Therefore, the leading voice must come from the country or countries that have both the financial capability and the willingness to invest; this capacity is absent among the Moscow Format participants.
